Raw Vegan Strawberry Chia Pudding Recipe

Makes 2 Servings

1 cup non-dairy milk of your choice

1/3 to 1/2 cup strawberries chopped

3 tbsp chia seeds

Put the non-dairy milk and strawberries in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into a 2 cup glass bowl or measuring cup and whisk in the chia seeds. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and whisk again to ensure there are no clumps. Leave in the refrigerator for a couple hours. Serve with fruit and garnish with fresh berries and mint. Enjoy!
