Raw Sundried Tomato & Red Pepper Hummus Recipe

Bean free, Oil free, Gluten free

1 1/4 cups peeled and chopped zucchini

1/3 cup sundried tomatoes -not packed in oil

1 cup chopped red bell pepper

2 stalks of celery chopped

½ tsp Coconut Aminos or Braggs Liquid Aminos

1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 small garlic clove

Juice of 1 lemon

1/3 cup Tahini

¼ tsp Paprika

Blend until desired consistency in a food processor or high-speed blender. This can also be served as a sauce over zucchini noodles or as a salad dressing. Enjoy!
