Oil Free Pesto Sauce Recipe

Makes 2 servings

1 ripe medium avocado, peeled and pitted

Juice of one lemon, seeds removed

2 stalks of celery chopped

2-3 tbsp of walnuts, shells removed

1 cup of basil packed

½ to 1 small clove of garlic

Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Use the tamper to keep everything moving and to mix well. You can also use a food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve over raw zucchini noodles or as a dip with raw vegetables. Enjoy!
