Raw Veggie Filled Spinach Wrap
Makes 1 serving
1-4 pieces of romaine lettuce or green lettuce (depending on the size)
¼ cup purple cabbage, shredded
¼ cup carrots, shredded/grated
1/8 cup onion sprouts
1/8 cup broccoli sprouts
1/8 cup fresh corn
1/8 cup cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
1 tsp sliced green onion
½ tsp chopped basil
Lay one spinach wrap (see Raw Spinach Wrap Recipe on my website) flat and fill the center with ingredients like shown in the picture. Fold the warp over and gently roll back with your finger tips to tighten the wrap around the ingredients and continue rolling wrap. Cut in half and enjoy!
