Raw Butternut Kale Noodle Bowl– Makes 1 serving
Main ingredients
2-3 cups butternut squash spiralized
1 cup kale, finely chopped
1 small red bell pepper
1-2 tbsp Wakame seaweed
Sauce ingredients
2 tsp raw almond butter
1 tbsp coconut aminos or Bragg’s liquid aminos
1 orange peeled
1 green onion
1-inch ginger peeled
1 cup cilantro
Toss all sauce ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour over noodle mixture and toss. Enjoy!
