Raw Breakfast Porridge Recipe – Makes 1 serving

This filling breakfast porridge is gluten, oat, soy, and fat-free. It hits the spot when you are looking for a heartier breakfast meal. It is great gently warmed in the dehydrator for the winter months.

Main Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 Fiji or Macintosh apple or any apple of your choice

½ tsp cinnamon

Dash of fresh ground nutmeg

Topping/Garnish

10 raspberries

20 blueberries

1 ½ tsp chia seeds (optional)

Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until it reaches the consistency of oatmeal. Pour into a bowl and garnish with fresh berries.
