1 cup dried Irish Moss

Rinse and drain several times. Then soak it overnight in filtered water. Rinse and drain several more times until the water runs clear and it tastes like nothing. The key is to rinse it a lot. I must admit, I know it looks pretty weird. Especially after it has been soaked. Have no fear. The health benefits are plenty.

1 cup dried = 2 cups soaked and hydrated

Place the 2 cups of soaked Irish Moss in the bender with 2 cups filtered water and blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to one month. Add 1 tbsp to smoothies, soups, or salad dressings.

How to Use Irish Moss Gel

You can  add a tablespoon to smoothies, salad dressings or sauces to help build collagen and provide a youthful appearance. It is virtually tasteless.
