Raw Minty Pea Soup Recipe – Fat Free, Makes 1 serving
Main Ingredients
10 oz fresh peas or frozen (thawed) (hold back ¼ cup for mix in)
5-6 fresh mint leaves
2 oz coconut water or filtered water
Garnish
Broccoli sprouts or other type of sprout
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh cracked pepper
¼ cup peas (reserved from 10 oz)
Add all ingredients to the blender (hold back ¼ cup of peas to garnish) and blend until smooth and lightly warmed-but still raw. Garnish with peas, black pepper, and sprouts. I used broccoli sprouts.
